- Existing QuickBooks files will be analyzed, cleaned up and set up correctly.
- Pricing quotes available on an individual basis.

- Checklists to determine what accounts need to be included
- Basic business information form
- Offer OnCall service subscription for continuing help and review services
What does it mean to “Review” your QuickBooks file?
- We look at the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement to check for irregularities or items that look out of place or miscategorized.
- We will reconcile up to 3 bank and/or credit card accounts. Additional accounts will incur additional fees of $10 per month per account.
- We will reconcile your loan (aka Notes Payable) accounts
- We look at your Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reports for anything that looks irregular and will make corrections accordingly at your direction.
- We may make payroll entries if applicable, although we do not process payroll ourselves at this time
QuickBooks Training
- How to use Quickbooks to do basic regular activities
- Offer OnCall service subscription for continuing help and review services
Pricing: Flat rate of $100 for up to 2 hours.
Additional customization or hours available at a per hour rate of $75.
